Phil Spencer: Ribban för Fable är samma som för Forza Horizon 5

Många blev besvikna när Playground Games kommande Fable inte var med på E3-mässan i år, trots att det avslöjades i juli förra året. Istället utannonserade samma studio Forza Horizon 5, som lanseras i november.

Det var det förmodligen snyggaste spelet på E3 (kolla in trailern här ovan så får du se), och detta är något som Xbox-bossen Phil Spencer säger är samma ribba vi ska förvänta oss även från Fable. När han nyligen besökte podcasten Dropped Frames, hade han detta att säga om Fable och Playground Games:

"The only thing I can really say about Fable is, seeing the pedigree of the team and Playground, and where they set the bar for themselves in building a game — I think that showed with the Forza Horizon 5 preview that they had — I think people should just take confidence in that [studio director] Gavin [Raeburn] and the team there have that same level of focus on doing something amazing with an IP that we know is really important to a lot of Xbox fans, so we can't wait to get to show more, but the team is just amazing."

Sammanfattningsvis ska du inte vara rädd för att förvänta dig riktigt snyggt Fable, som förhoppningsvis kommer att släppas 2022, men kanske mer troligt 2023 eller senare.
