Playstation-chefen: Vi är skyldiga PS4-spelarna att stötta konsolen under lång tid framöver

Playstation 5 har som bekant släppts och nästa generation är i full gång, även om många ännu inte fått sina konsoler. Lyckligtvis kanske det inte är så illa då Sony redan utannonserat att flera Playstation 5-spel kommer till Playstation 4, och så lär det bli under lång tid framöver.

Playstation-chefen Jim Ryan säger nämligen i en intervju hos Edge:

"We do feel that we have a responsibility to that very large community, and an opportunity to carry on making great PS4 games for as long as the need is there. And I think that is the right thing to do, it's the rational thing to do, and I think you will see a tail with PS4 that you did not see with PS3. But that said, as time passes, you're going to see more and more emphasis on PS5 development and the PS5 SKU will be the lead SKU."

Kort sagt kan vi räkna med Playstation 4-spel under lång tid framöver. Däremot lär det troligen inte handla om exklusiva spel till konsolen, utan snarare cross-generation-titlar mellan både Playstation 4 och 5.
