Dirt 5 är renodlad arkadracing från Motorstorm-studion

Precis som vi misstänkte här på siten i förrgår utannonserades Dirt 5 tidigare idag, utvecklat av före detta Evolution Studios (Motorstorm) och med vad som ser ut att vara en betydligt större fokus på lättsam, överdriven arkadracing. Tanken från Codemasters sida här är såklart att särskilja Dirt och Dirt Rally åt, som spelserier. Det ena enbart arkadracing-proppat med overklig låtsasracing på is, i djup lera och på premisser som tidigare gått att hitta i exempelvis Dirt: Showdown medan simulatorföljetongen Dirt Rally kommer att fortsätta att vara renodlat simulation. Det verkar i och med detta inte som att Dirt 5 ska innehålla rally, utan enbart baja, rallycross samt gymkhana. Nedan hittar du den första trailern samt lite debut-screens.
